Stephen Hill is the Principal of the firm, he is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has over 35 years experience gained through a career which has included experience on a well known local landed estate, the management surveyor for one of the largest property owners in the country and for the last 30 years heading the family firm of Hill’s.

Hill’s principal activity has always been the management of residential properties throughout South Yorkshire, including the actual physical care of property, often through their in house team of contractors.
Hill’s continue to do much professional work and advise on every aspect of property.
